Easy Tiger celebrates vibrant, Southeast Asian-style dining with a menu channelling Head Chef Andrianto Wirya’s Indonesian heritage as well as the flavours of other Southeast Asian countries like Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines. The food is designed to be shared between family and friends and is fresh, flavourful and light enough that you can duck down to Bondi Beach for a swim after you eat. Easy Tiger is also the home to local beer brand Bondi Brewing Co so expect a selection of Asian-inspired rice beers and light, crispy styles to complement the food, alongside a punchy collection of cocktails.
